Hi, I'm Tero. I work as a staff engineer at Wolt. Before joining Wolt, I've worked in a family business (Audio Riders Oy), as a doctoral student researching the Boolean satisfiability problem (Extending SAT Solver with Parity Reasoning), as a freelancer (Audience First, Sentina Oy, iProtoXi Oy), and as a co-founder (Underground City Oy, PipeKeeper Oy).

This blog is a creative outlet and a learning journal. I'm currently interested in:

• Exploring the intersection of formal methods and agentic engineering, specifically in detecting and resolving inconsistencies automatically.
• Improving agent orchestration, cost efficiency, quality gates, accuracy and reliability, and collaborative agentic development.
• Exploring bottlenecks in software product organizations when integrating agents into processes.
